Had a sick child with special restricted food/diet. They refused to heat up outside food. It costs you nothing to help use a microwave. Beautiful hotel. Baggage help was very nice.

I was quite annoyed by the staff at the club lounge. They kept visiting my table every three minutes, offering to clear away plates and cups, which I had repeatedly asked them not to do. This excessive attentiveness disrupted my experience and felt unnecessarily intrusive.

Room and hotel is dated albeit some floors are being refurbished. Also, breakfast time is quite chaotic and cramped. Not 5 star as should be expected.
