I loved it. My experience was amazing. The only issue was that Taj charged me extra for using the minibar. I didn't know that using the mini bar was an additional charge and not included in the stay.

Service & Staff are excellent! Love the heritage, architecture, ambience, the outlets & restaurants, however the rooms tend to have a damp smell, they need to get rid of the carpets, esp in this Mumbai humid weather.

I have booked a special room for my father during his mumbai trip . but hotel staff change the room on the spot . i have book the city view room on the extra charges but they provided very low budget room which is very unethical . i am ver disappointed with their service.
