I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. All was excellent except the too high Air Conditioning. To eat at the restaurants one needs a jumper or a coat. Have Marriott Hotels never heard of a thermostat? A pleasant 22C with air conditioning would have been comfortable and fine.

The experience was just ok. Especially since I had stayed at another JW Marriott property a week prior . Room service food was terrible- greasy. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet water kept running.

Good beach front property in a bustling city. Very comfortable and looks like another world when you enter the rear side of the property near the pool in such a cramped city.
