Our Go-To hotel while visiting Baltimore. Upon getting to our room we found a problem with the bed ...spoke to the front desk and they had us set up in another room within mintues. Incredible customer service !

Needs directional signage to locate
Arrived at night and could not actually locate the hotel until called front desk and were told to put in a specific address and found it. There were no directional signs—that would have been very helpful especially with the construction. Odd smell in hallway Otherwise was quiet and room was comfortable.

Kind of hard to find the hotel on the site - follow the posted signs, especially since there is a lot of construction around the loop road (as of Jan 2024). Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

Adequate but little more. Poor breakfast, inconvenient location, tattered at the edges with a very noisy HVAC. Room itself was comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The staff, once one got their attention, was pleasant. Will not return.
