The communication was very poor. I didn't realize my credit card hadn't been charged because it was replaced a few months before the second payment, they didn't bother to notify me until the day before we arrived a month after it was due - that was stressful. Then when we got to the island I had to call the office twice to receive the code, because they needed me to send my drivers license and CC, which they also didn't bother to tell me before I arrived. The space was great, but the floors were very dirty, all of us walking around with bare feet had filthy feet..yuck. Also the property was not properly stocked. There were no plastic trash bag replacements, there were no back up paper towels, there were no cleaning supplies to wipe counters. The instructions on check out were not readily available, we had to refer back to our contract. There was no information about local anything. I would stay at this property again if these things were fixed.
