The hotel is rundown, and you could tell in our room that animals had urinated on the furniture, and in corners staff was not accommodating all rooms apparently have had pets in them, and there are no allergy free rooms available

We had a confirmed reservation. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 p.m., and their response was, "I have bad news. We don't have a room for you because the hotel is overbooked." At that time, we'd have to search for a hotel all over the city. A serious hotel would at least find you accommodation elsewhere. That's the service and quality they offer.
