Good points:1) secure area, surrounded by students.2) extraordinarily quiet. No noise whatsoever at night. Slept well. Beds were good.3) owners responded very promptly and helpful when calls were made for clarification and help. Owners are respectful and polite.Downsides:1 instructions for getting into the building were vague and unhelpful. I basically needed to call the owner and have her walk me through the whole process and she had not provided an entry code for the gate into the parking area which needs to be accessed first.2. The door lock/entry system is intolerable and unacceptable. It needs to be replaced. It is ancient and almost useless.3. The lighting system in the unit is weird and barely adequate. The lights run off of remotes only for the most part except for the kitchen and one of the main lights wasn’t working at all.4. The living room furniture is old and shabby and should be replaced or at least upgraded.5. The dishware in the kitchen is very scant and poorly placed. There were no wine glasses. Not sure why that is the case.I am making these comments because I really feel like the place needs some investments made, but they are minimal investments and really wouldn’t be very expensive and would be greatly appreciated. I think over all the place is very much worth renting if just some minor improvements could be made.
