The room was clean, it was quiet. However, it's more of an extended stay, not an overnight or two stay kind of place. They do not clean the rooms daily and they did not replace the stock items like coffee, sugar, towels etc. There is no breakfast and the items you can purchase to eat and/or drink are very limited.

The property was disgusting. The odor was so strong we could not stay there. We switched hotel within 5 minutes. I am surprised this had such high ratings. The manager didn’t try to argue, just processed our refund.

Room was a little musty, steam cleaning planned after our stay. Happy my medicine bag was found and I was able to get it back. VERY happy front desk pays attention to side doors with who walks in, ensuring safety of guests! Bonus for that!!

I would stay here again and again, just for the customer service that we received. Exceptional! Rooms and bedding were clean. Not many amenities. They have a laundry and gym. Nice gazebo with two gas grills.
