Some parts of our 2 day stay were good, the breakfast was fine and the room and bathroom were clean. I also appreciated the hotel’s prompt response in resolving a furnace issue. On the negative side I am very disappointed in the valet parking process requiring all communication via text and internet only. Also a negative for me was no option for cash transactions like paying for incidentals or getting change for tips. The last big negative for me was requesting towels and not receiving them. Unfortunately the recent decline in customer importance over company convenience seems to be a trend in a lot of industries.
