What a terrible staff and disappointing customer service !!! This is a well reputed national chain of hotels with impressive amenities and awesome locations all over the US map , but sadly this specific hotel in Austin Texas has one of the worst staff ( esp in sales , rentals , events …) I have ever seen . They are rude and poorly trained . No knowledge of their products and terrible communication skills

Everything’s great — we really like the hotel and all the small details. Just a minor note: the housekeeper left the trash can near the entrance, and the coffee maker wasn’t cleaned or restocked. It seems they might have been in a bit of a rush.

Excellent, excellent hotel with friendly staff. amazing amenities and location. This is the go to hotel in Austin. The bed was super comfortable and everything was pretty much amazing. However, the water pressure could be stronger.
