It is the staff who make a difference at Double Tree Karaka, due to their attention to their guests. Aaliyah, the Duty Manager sent me a text to welcome me back to Double Tree, thanking me for being a Hilton Honors member and then asking how was my room. Following my response to her she replied again asking me to contact her if there was anything I needed throughoput my stay,. Such great service.

Excellent stay. The hotel was superb. The room was clean, the wireless charges on the bedside tables were a great idea. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was lovely too. The only one issue I had is that I had to pay extra for a decaf coffee with my breakfast. It should be free.

The bed was very uncomfortable, why oh why don’t you have beds with individual coils so that when your partner moves, you don’t feel a thing. We had a suite and I expected much more deluxe comfort. The staff were great and helpful.

Easy parking, nice surrounds. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The restaurant was quite expensive but the food was pretty nice. The rooms were fairly spacious, very clean and modern and cosy. Comfy beds. The pool was lovely, too many kids though (lol). Would recommend if you don't mind staying somewhere random in the middle of nowhere :D

We loved our short stay here, food was fabulous both at the bar as well as the restaurant. Best creme brûlée I’ve had in awhile! As always, the rooms are wonderful and I would recommend anyone to stay here en route to the airport after a long drive from the east. We hope to return!
