King Suite Room was spacious and has a little nice balcony. I like the layout and staff were friendly. Only complain is their bathroom design is kinda bad - water will splash all over the bathroom and flood, there was no drain

The hotel is desperately in need of updates. The bathroom looks like it's from the 70s. There is not enough water pressure when one is showering and one is using the water on the other side of the bathroom. During our entire stay of 3 days, there was no housekeeping and room cleaning. I felt like this is the worst Hilton stay for us. The elevator makes a jerk jump before closing its doors. The certificate on both elevator says inspection expires in May of 2025. Everything seems to be self service: toiletries, pillows, blanket etc. Room for 4 wasnt set up for 4 with missing pillows, blankets, towels, tissue papers etc. On the positive motes, the Crabtree Evelyn body lotion is fantastic and so as the fitness center.

Stay was good just confusion on the benefits for the executive lounge. There was a roach in the bathroom otherwise the property was very well kept and the hotel staff in the morning and evening were all very kind and friendly.

Very loud party was allowed to continue and interrupt the entire hotel until near midnight on a Saturday night. No maid service for the 4 nights we stayed. Upon checkout we were informed we'd had to have called and requested room cleaning. Had to ask for additional towels, toilet paper, basic necessities Staff was friendly but seemed to lack any guidance or training on how to provide hotel services. This was overall a disappointing stay since we've been to this same property many times over the years. Needs more attention to cleaning and customer service. This is a very crowded industry and this hotel will not survive unless changes are made. We will likely stay at a different property next time we are in Atlanta.
