I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite seeing some other reviews mention hot water issues, I had no problems at all and had consistent hot water during my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. Thank you to the team for making my stay enjoyable.

Staff! Some staff smelled like marijuna. Some were walking around with hoods on! There was only one food option and the food we were served for dinner was terrible. Also, the temperature in the room frigid and we could not adjust with the thermostat. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted. There was a huge block of ice on the walls that impacted my ability to place things in the fridge. Again back to staff, each time I needed to speak to someone at the front desk, it felt like pulling teeth, they always seemed Iike they had something better to do. In one instance I stood st the front desk for about 2 minutes while the staff member was seated looking down at his phone with no idea that I was there. I would not return here or recommend this hotel.

Staff members were great. Understanding an older renovated space will have differences from new builds, I was still dismayed that we were in a long narrow room where the TV was hanging very far from the bed. My biggest frustrations were that the frosted glass bathroom door let light into the bedroom area as if there were no door at all and that I ran out of hot water while taking a very short shower. Overall average stay.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Hotel and room was very clean. The restaurant was wonderful. There was a parking lot right across the street for cheaper than the valet at the hotel. Overall definitely recommend.

Check-in was not the best. My family and I checked in super early in the morning, but the room keys we were given were not working. We had to wait over an hour for maintenance to arrive with the master key to get us up to our room. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The view from our room was nice, we had a view of some tall downtown buildings that lot up in the night time. Overall, we had a great stay.
