We ended up checking out early. The apartment was as listed in photos but one of the beds was so uncomfortable, it felt like sleeping on a box spring rather than a real mattress. My mom was staying in that room and ultimately tried to sleep on the too small couch instead. One of the bathrooms did not look like it had been cleaned as there was hair in the shower and dry urine on the seat. The access to parking and the unit was unclear. On checkin, we were shown to the wrong room completely and had to move to the unit that we actually booked. On a Friday night, no one in our party ended up sleeping due to how noisy the unit was due to street noise - sirens, loud cars drag racing down northside, etc. We were ultimately too uncomfortable to stay another night and ended up vacating the unit a day early for a hotel. “After review” no refund was given for the second night. This unit may be passable for a college student on a budget, but was un-accommodating for a family. Also, this is petty, but there were only two coffee mugs for a 4 bedroom unit and the heat transfer on the handles was bad. These need to be replaced.
