I would stay at this hotel again if I knew that quality control had been performed on each room. Let me start by saying that breakfast at the restaurant was great! However, the TV in the room was hung crooked- very crooked. The foot step in the shower was broken off the wall. There was hair that did not belong to me in the shower.

Disappointing

The room was disappointing for the high price. Several electrical and USB outlets did not work. The coffee maker did not work For a double Queen room the bathroom vanity was way too small for two people, especially two ladies getting ready for an event. The bathroom lighting was inadequate and there was no mirror expect for the one in the poorly lit bathroom

I just stayed at the Hyaty Hotel, and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly, and my room had a great view. The service was exceptional and the location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend it!

This property and its team absolutely exceeded all expectations! Staying here while going back and forth to Emory Hospital’s main location on the university’s campus where my mother was in a coma after suffering a massive stroke was comforting and wonderfully convenient. Checking in was a breeze thanks to Jazlyn! My king bedroom was futuristic, elegant and immaculate! Loved the property’s security protocol that only allows you access to the floors where you room is and public areas. Watching the sunset from their amazing rooftop deck with its panoramic views after spending hours in the ICU was wonderfully uplifting. Thank you Briana for setting my DoorDash account for delivery to the hotel’s front desk after I came in too late to order from hotel’s restaurant. Velvet Tacos had much better shrimp tacos than I can get in my own town. The Nespresso machine in the room is great for grabbing coffee while dressing for the day. The mini fridge was perfect for storing salads. Many thanks to the Kelly Roland lookalike who graciously lent me an umbrella on a rainy day. The Hyatt also has a great complimentary shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up from destinations in the immediate Buckhead area. Short walk to Lenox Mall for Starbucks, food from healthy places like California Kitchen and the amazing health food restaurant! Epic appreciation for a team that made a heartbreaking trip more bearable with their above and beyond professionalism! KUDOS!!! 🫶🙏✨😇
