Stay was good, despite we stayed the weekend before and we were awakened by a dog barking. This was my favorite of all time at one point. Clean atmosphere, 5 minute walk to the mall. Close to everything. Then valet recked our car. They were prompt to helping us and taking care of the situation. However this is unfortunate. I would recommend for pet owners. Just park your own car. Because you never know what could happen.

Self parking is way undersized - it is also a public lot and has limited number of pots. Not a welcome scenario after a long day. Elevator smelled like smoke and hallway to room smelled like a combo of smoke and pee. Checkin was fine.

Our stay here is always clam peaceful, however we did endure a dog barking all night and kept us up. We traveled all day and were really tired and this dog wouldn’t stop barking. We have stated here over 5xs. This was our first time hearing a dog barking during the night.

Located beside Lennox Mall. Convenient location to shopping and dining. Hotel appears to be a newer property. Very clean, very pleasant staff, nice rooms.

Hotel room is nice but not that big. We got the “city view” which was really just the parking ramp of the mall. Parking is an uncovered lot next to the hotel and SELF PARK is $40/night. I was also charged extra for parking we didn’t use.
