Received some confusing communication leading up to my stay including a message that said I should know my villa number (which I’d never been told), and another saying they hoped I was enjoying my stay (my check in was the next day). The latest message I received about check in told me to go to the apartment up the stairs an to the left. There are only two options and this is the wrong location. So I tried using the code on someone else’s apartment, who was home. The apartment is fine. It shows some wear and tear. There are some stains, including on the bed comforter and rugs. The sound from the upstairs apartment easily transmits downstairs and with the forced air, I could smell the food that was being made upstairs.

Location doesn't match description. Wouldn't describe it as elegant - there were stains on walls, tables, bed quilts, etc. and tears in the couches, low quality sheets, bath mats, sink faucet was dirty. Otherwise okay.

This was a lovely little apartment, clean and spacious with modern bathrooms and all the kitchen. bathroom and laundry amenities one could think of. A few of the pieces of furniture showing wear and tear but not a big deal at all. Everything worked properly and the host was gracious, very responsive and super helpful. Would stay again.

Near West End, short drive to airport

The property manager was so great to work with! We had booked a different unit and it wasn't going to be available. She offered us the sister rental. The apartment unit itself had been updated, but it did have some wear and tear. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. The kitchen was equipped with the basics, utensils, toaster, coffee pot and snacks were a nice touch. We absolutely loved the lighted makeup mirrors in each of the bathrooms! The location is only about 20 minutes from the airport and that made it easy for us to catch our early flight. We chose this area as it was about a mile from the venue our event was being held. We also liked that we had parking right in front of the unit.
