Called to see if there was anyway to check in earlier due to a death and the women told me that at 1:30 she should have rooms. Got there at 2 and woman stated she never said that and she was only one there who answered phone. She was super rude. Not happy that I drove all the way there to then have to go spend money and kill time when that was the reason I called first.

We went for a weekend conference and we enjoyed our stay. The customer service was EXCELLENT, breakfast was great every morning, rooms were very clean. I definitely recommend and we will stay again when we go back to Atlanta!

Average hotel that can use a better cleaning

It is what you expect for the price. Average breakfast - they don't replenish food often enough though. The common area and the room can use better cleaning definitely. Refrigerator and microwave were dirty. No one seems to care about the upkeep of the cleanliness. However, it is very close to the airport and car rental return. This hotel is in a better area than other low-cost motels.
