It was a 27 minute wait for hotel transportation, which is unacceptable, especially in 20 degree weather. I called at 9:47 pm and was told driver was on the way for a 10 minute drive. I called back at 10:05 and was told again that driver should be there any minute. He arrived at 10:14 and told me he received pick ip call st 10:06.

I was traveling during our recent snowy weather. The lady who checked me in was awesome! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous - she totally made me feel welcome! I was glad to see her again when she checked me out the next morning. The friendly staff also was a very nice part of my stay. Great team! The hotel and room was very clean and very comfortable. Many thanks to Comfort Inn & Suites for an exceptional experience!

Service was so, so.

Check in very slow. Not sure if she was new or just slow. Came down to breakfast 30 minutes before it opens and was immediately told “we open at 6”. Offered me a muffin but clearly not welcome in the breakfast area.

A little dirty but nice for the night

It was a bit dirty, the shower had hair in it, and the remote was a little dirty. The bed was comfy and clean, and the mirror in the bathroom was wonderful

Shuttle

This property needs to be honest about the shuttle service. It is not a 10 minute shuttle ride from the international terminal. It took us over 2 hours and several phone calls. The shuttle is 10 minutes from the domestic terminal but it took an hour and half to get from international to domestic and we had four large bags that barely fit into the shuttle.
