The room was not worth the price tag. There was a large black stain on the carpet, stains on the curtains, mold on the bathroom tap, several walls had large chunks out of them, one of the bedroom door couldn’t be shut tight due to no bracket on the door to latch the door & the front door wouldn’t lock

Booked this accommodation for ease of accessibility and the images of the room looked okay Upon arrival, our room had a bad smell (like the carpet had been damp) and the aircon did not work properly as it seemed like it had not been serviced in a long time. The room was indisrepair, cracks in the walls and the like. Cleaning staff were excellent and responsive. Front end staff left a lot to be desired. The highlight of this accommodation was thr pool area, despite the pool not being cleaned with lots of leaf litter in it.
