Front desk staff was good. Our room temperature was at 78 and we could not change it. Had to get someone from engineering to fix it. We had no hot water the next morning. We ate dinner at the Skydome. The view was great but not the service. Our server acted as though he did not want to wait on us. The hostess took our drink order and brought them to us. We had to wait 20 minutes to give our food order, then another 40 to get the food. Our steak and burger were both room temperature at best. We were never asked if we wanted another drink.

I was very unhappy with my stay. I got there at 2 am and there was blood on the wall, bugs in the room, dirty floor and walls, ripped curtains. As soon as morning came we checked out and went to a different hotel. Overall a nice stay. Front desk and restaurant customer service was great. Friendly and accommodating. Food was good. The furnishings and bathroom needs updating but that’s ok. But the carpet was in bad condition. It needs cleaning terribly.

This is my first time staying here. The facility is impressive with plenty of dining options in-house. Staff is very accommodating.

Communicarion is very poor, i was not told at check in that the street will be closed off from 5 to 8 on 9/8. We could not get into the hotel woth uber. There were no cookies at check in or when i asked again at check out. There was almost no toilet paper on the roll and no extra in bathroom, i noticed too late at night to call for more.
