We had 4 registered occupants in our room, only provided 1 wash cloth and 2 towels. When calling up front to request more, staff had an attitude and said they were washing linen and would bring them in 45 min. We never received any additional washcloths. No one came to empty trash. We had to abruptly travel for unexpected death in the family and needed a comfortable place to rest and this was NOT IT!! This was a horrible representation of the Marriott name brand. I will NEVER stay here again. I regret choosing this location and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were great and the room was clean with comfortable enough beds. However, there is plenty to dislike about the property. Our window didn’t actually shut all the way, showing the age of the building. The location seems like it would be conveniently located, but it is actually atrocious with how congested the roads around the property get. The hotel also continuously smelled like weed. The treadmill in the gym and the water cooler were both out of order.
