Person checking in was rude, did not inform me about the $10 a day parking fee which I never had to pay in my previous stays. I had to completely wipe down the room, crumbs on the tables and in the kitchen. I was there 4 days and no one picked up trash. I had to ask for fresh towels, an iron, and paper towels. No one made the bed and the broken light in the kitchen that I complained about was never fixed.

this hotel was nasty truly. i walked in and immediately knew we couldn’t stay. we found a new hotel. no new toilet paper roll, rust and dirt everywhere. hair everywhere, sticky surfaces, just awful. the hotel refused to refund us.

It was decent. I didn’t know it was one of those “go out and find your room at house 3!” type of things, I hate those. But after I found the room, the room was nice. Checkout was at 12, so that was a plus. Let’s leave it at that

Spacious rooms. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. The only negative was a small bathroom. There could have been more room with the shower and toilet.

I had a bad experience with my room. I turned on the heater then laid down on the bed. There was couple ants craweled on my hand. I jumped up, then i observed a whole bunch of ants on the pillow area , head board, and nightstand. I reported this issue to the front desk. They did not provide me accommodation for another room. I ended up sleeping in my car. Its unacceptable how they handled the situation. Never again.

Comfort when needed

Staff were amazingly helpful. We were in town for a family funeral and were comforted by the great accommodations. Breakfast was one of the best we have encountered and left us energized for the day. The cleanliness and comfortable beds were a plus. Would definitely stay at this or another Residence Inn again.
