Breakfast was fine couldn't complain. Parking was fine, staff was pleasant, but the thin walls kept us up all night with the noise, kids running down the halls. And while we got moved due to a loud stayer being moved outside of an elevator and ice machine wasn't ideal.

The beds were comfortable. Enough pillows were provided. One update is needed in the bathroom. In room 115 for the roll in shower, without a longer shower curtain or proper drainage, the bathroom literally floods. Otherise, it was a great stay. We will definitely be staying again on our travels.

The room was good enough for our night's stay. Some finishes were not quite "deluxe". (ex. Toilet paper holder falling off. Dirt at the bottom of the shower door. Worn out carpeting) The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious-- nice variety of food choices.

We arrived late after driving 10 hours , they dely to let us in and take money from the visa card by knowing we still have 10 hours to drive the next day. When we arrive is in early December , not even a busy season, reception acts like there is not her business and leave us in the middle of no where on the road

I was checked into a different room because my assigned room wasn't ready. They never changed who was occupying thebroom in the computer. They then gave room keys to the same room to who was originally assigned the room,having them walk right in on us in bed. Then room keys were inactive after the first night as we were there for 2 nights and the original people only 1. Room service also entered the room while we were there as it showed as an empty room on their list. The desk gal said she'd tell the manager when he arrived, but never heard from that person. Check out is 12pm we were told. We went to our car parked in the back lot at 11;30 and were locked out as our keys no longer worked. Chaos, not appreciated

Not only is the staff outstanding, other patrons were pleasant to have around. One man, of a different race, invited us to sit with his wife and him when no other tables were available. The facility is showing a bit of wear, but furnishings are of good quality. Unfortunately somebody ripped a nightstand from its mooring on the wall, and a rolling door by the bathroom and closet was balky. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There was no charge for a rollaway. We definitely will stay there next time.
