The biggest negative was that there was no way to make coffee in the room. I understand no continental breakfast because it is an extended stay with a kitchen, but no coffee maker was unfortunate.

This property appears to be a hub for displaced families. The amenities are non existent. No coffee maker, no dish liquid, no hand towels, no business center, no iron (unless you ask for one). I will not stay at this property again but if you do, you’ll need to have your own home essentials….yes even a coffee maker. The staff was accommodating at first but once you’re checked in they are not that helpful.

All the staff was very kind and accommodating. We had to move to other room and gather items that were not in the original room (chair, sofa, kitchen utensils). But we finally got everything. The room counters and floors were not clean, but the bathroom and linen were. Lobby and common areas were clean but outside area around the property needed attention.

The staff were nice and efficient. There was a full-sized fridge and stovetop range with microwave. The beds were decent; I didn't wake up with any back issues. They are installing new flooring on the second floor and I think the dust and dirt from this is getting into the rooms. My granddaughter walked on the floor for under 10 minutes and ended up with black-bottomed feet. There was also a cup of water in the door of the fridge. Seemed odd, like the cleaners had missed something.

At check in we had to wait because no one was at the front. The first room was flooded. Outside there were several people doing mechanic work with their cars apart all over the parking lot. Looks like this is a homeless welfare hotel. Do not stay here. I can’t believe Hotels.com even gave us this as an option. Very disappointed & will have to think carefully if I will use hotels.com again :(

Don't waste your money here

The photos online make this place look clean and decent, but it was the total opposite once I arrived. As soon as I walked in, the lobby reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. There were shady people hanging around the property, and the whole vibe felt unsafe. When I got to my room, the smell was just as bad—nothing but stale smoke. The walls had holes, there was visible mold around the sink, and the bed sheets were stained. It was disgusting. I tried to get a refund, but the hotel refused. I ended up booking a different hotel just down the street, and it was a night-and-day difference. Do yourself a favor—skip this place. It’s not worth the money or the headache.
