I stayed at this property a lot and I love it. I was so shocked that my room didn’t have hot water until 5am. I was shocked and it was upsetting. I don’t feel like it was handled well or the property didn’t make it right. It was unacceptable.

Room. Room was very clean. However while the towels were clean they were damp (seemed like they should have been left in the dryer longer). Wasn’t crazy about the headboard/ bolsters. And chairs were awkward. The tub chair needed pillows to be able to sit in chair & have your back supported. Desk chair comfy but one person kept tripping over wheels
