The property was very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also had a parking garage for our car with a gate the you opened with your room key. You also needed your room key to go up the elevator which made us feel safer as the facility is in a downtown location.

We stayed two nights. Each night the fan light would come on in the middle of the night - the first night twice. the fan came on one without us turning it on. the second evening we heard a strange noise in the kitchen. the microwave had turned itself on. Even when I opened it and hit the stop button it would not stop. So I left it open. This indicates electrical issues. Not comforting.

It was a great location for my purposes to be in Albuquerque. Parking was tough if you had a large vehicle or came back to the hotel later. The security staff were very helpful with this!! Big shout out to them!!

This was an amazing place to stay, however it was not in the best area. We did not feel unsafe at all as security was top notch. The suite was like staying in an actual apartment and our family had plenty of space to spread out. It is not a place to stay if you plan on walking to tourist spots from the hotel.
