Overnight vs weekend stay

Not a place I would recommend if you are planning a weekend for a family event. There are no drawers or closets to put your luggage in. Water pressure wasn't good, breakfast was poor, everything was watery. Was told the pool is set at 80 degrees but it was very very cold.

Very pet friendly. My room had a "wood" tile floor so I did not need to be concerned about prior pets soiling the carpet and then the hotel using chemicals to clean the carpet. The included breakfast was very nice and of a better quality than some other hotels provide.

Not quite up to par

I might have had a better experience in a different room. It's winter but you couldn't use the AC in the room, and it got pretty warm and stuffy. Windows don't open. Light fixture on bedside table was broken. Pillows are flat and terrible. Our TV didn't work, and no one ever came to try to fix it, even though we asked twice. The blinking light on the smoke detector was bright and flashed directly onto my pillow. And breakfast was among the worst I've had in similar hotels. To me, this hotel didn't live up to the Hilton brand.

Our TV would not connect to their Wifi network so couldn't watch TV the whole stay. Refused to move us rooms because we'd booked through Expedia and when Expedia contacted them for help they also refused Expedia's request. They didn't even offer any discount for the incovienience. Beds were uncomfortable and everyone was itching all night. Come to see in the morning there was small black dog hairs all over the bedding in both beds which tells me the bedding wasn't changed or just not properly cleaned. Shower was dirty as other guests mentioned. Cold pool, limited breakfast options. The young girl at the front desk was nice & we understand that the issues were out of her control. Would we stay again? No. There's not a ton of great options in Albuquerque, but we'd look elsewhere next time. M m

1 night stay.

Stay was good. Bathroom was a little dirty, walls has some weird brown splatter stains by toilet area (not sure what that was) some hair on the floor and walls. Water does leak out off shower door to floor. Bed was okay, felt kind of springy and was slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall stay was convenient for 1 night. Just needs a better cleaning in the bathroom. Bedroom area was clean, room did feel smaller than most hotel rooms. Right next to a Maverick Gas station which was nice and the area is in a convenient area. Despite the bathroom, most likely stay there again, price was good.

The room was good. When we went for breakfast there was nothing great to eat. No more milk, the pancake maker was out of order, the oatmeal was not tasty, no more bread products, the juice was watery, and when we asked the employees for more of the food items they informed us that they had no more and they were out.
