There was lots of renovation clutter. The hallways were dingy and poorly lit. The pool looked very bad; 180 degrees from the publicity photo. The bed was clean and A/C was great. But the toilet leaked and the bathroom door would not close .

The television was broken , was not fixed. Burnt cigarettes holes in lamp, the hotel floor where I stayed stenches of animal feces and urine in the hall way, I left a shirt , requested for it back and it was bagged with strangers slippers and they poured pickle juice on my shirt. Very disrespectful people and representative manager and workers . They ignored my calls and couldn’t get a refund

This hotel needs a renovation it is dirty. I didn’t even touch anything and I wanted to leave but because there’s no refunds and I was there for work I stayed. I will never stay at one of Ramada’s locations or hotels. Absolutely disgusting. Just absolutely disgusting and you guys shouldn’t be charging people to stay in your dirty hotel with dirty rooms. It needs to be renovated. The carpet needs to be pulled up. Everything needs to be changed. I don’t think that you guys should be in business personally.

Has incidental fees which were not disclosed by expedia. Had two night stay but cancelled at check in desk in desk at 239. Could not cancel through Expedia and im being charge a cancelation fee Absolutely the worst experience with Expedia.

The hotel is clean and staff are great amazing customer service. The room is clean and neat but unfortunately the toilet and sink are clog the water is having a hard time going down. Anyways the breakfast is great there’s plenty of options. The server did an amazing job accommodating us.

The receptionists did not communicate what was going on during check in. This is frustrating after driving 10 hours.The credit card machine did not display the total cost that was being charged at check in. I had to ask the receptionist to tell me before i swiped to confirm the price was the same as what i reserved online via expedia. It was at that time that the receptionist said I was being charged a $100 hold fee. When i was given a receipt to sign and initial, the $100 holding fee wasnt listed. So i inquired as to why it wasnt listed. They said it was because it is a holding fee. I stated that the receipt mentions all other potential fees for smoking and pets, etc, but no holding fee. Then, it was at that time I noticed the receipt states 2 double beds. I was confused since my reservation was for 1 king bed. I asked the receptionist about it. He stated that there were no king beds available. I told him that id that's the case, just communicate that to me. However, another front desk receptionist came over to assist him to confirm and saw that a king bed room was available. Instead of being presented with an updated receipt to reflect this, he just gave me new keys. So, i scratched out the room number on my original receipt and changed it to match the keys given. 1st the keys didnt let me in. 2nd after keys were fixed, i walked in on people already in the room. 3rd time was a charm when i was given another room.

Very nice and friendly

Founding the hotel was easy and the employee was friendly. Room was nice and we were so tired, bed was very nice. Breakfast was better then we thought we would get.

I do not understand(or agree with or appreciate) the policy of not letting a person whois paying cash for their to leave a credit card on file for any incurred damages. I was rather rudely told by the manager that it was Hotel policy when I asked why is this necessary. To me, that is not an answer of why is it necessary to hold an extra $300 of cash when I pay upfront for my one night stay with cash. Why can I not leave a credit card on file? I just did it two nights ago at a Best Western ... they will be getting my future business.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children. Our room was very clean and well kept, our bed and furniture was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and they had a decent breakfast. My biggest complaint is the fact that when booking through Expedia, the room was advertised to sleep 5. This was the third room we had booked during our trip, all of them being suites with a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Upon entering our room, we discovered that there was no sofa bed... just a sofa with a very mediocre ottoman to push up next to it for a "bed". The room would certainly not sleep five people as the sofa situation barely fit our two children comfortably and they are not large. We asked if there was any other room situation they could move us to, and they said no. I'm unsure if this is a hotel issue or an Expedia issue, but they have yet to make it right for us. We ended up staying because we couldn't afford to just book another room on top of it being late with few decent options available. Expedia credited me $52 which doesn't even cover half of the money I wasted on this room on top of the fact that I rarely get to travel so I'm actually not getting money back. I paid for travel insurance, which said it covered misrepresentation of facilities and that was definitely the case here.

Upon entry to the room, I found the tub faucet dripping hot water— loudly. (Nobody cared at the front desk.) A lotttttt of Homeless hanging around the periphery of the property: on all 4 sides. Not the classiest hotel around…
