Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our group of 10 booked four rooms on the second floor for one night. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations in several key areas:
- Cleanliness: All bathrooms were consistently unclean, with hair on the walls and toilet seats, as well as visible mould and soap scum on surfaces.
- Room Condition: The décor felt outdated, several lamps were non-functional, and the carpets were heavily stained and dirty.
- Air Conditioning: Units were loud and appeared unclean.
- Breakfast: The buffet was served on paper plates, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
- Discrepancy: The property did not match the images or descriptions presented on the website.
- Staff: While the male staff members were warm, friendly, and informative, providing helpful insights about the hotel, the female receptionist during checkout displayed a lack of professionalism and respectful communication, coming across as unhelpful and annoyed.
Given these issues, I cannot recommend staying at this property. Improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and staff professionalism are necessary to provide an acceptable guest experiences.
