The service was good, front desk people professional, helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is on one of the bed, the fitted sheet was too small, it really didn’t fit on the mattress, so the person literally slept just on top of the mattress cover, need to use the right size, can’t just be lazy to get the right sheet.

From the minute I walked in, I had such a good feeling about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again anytime I’m in Schenectady/Albany!

Very nice hotel- good restaurant on site. Airport is across the street. Wolf Rd nearby with all kinds of dining options. The place is huge and requires a few times going through the “town squares “ to find your way around. The gym was great- looked like a converted lodge room w giant stone fireplace.
