The room was clean when we first entered the room. But we did not have a cleaning staff enter the room for our 4 nights stay. When I registered I did not tick off that I wanted clean sheets daily. After 2 nights, I changed my mind and stopped by the front desk to request clean bed sheets, clean towels and more hand cleaner. The woman in charge of housekeeping wrote my request down but I didn’t get the sheets changed my 4 night’s stay. I was given clean bath towels because my husband caught someone in the hallway. The entire staff was very kind and friendly! I question the $6.00 (5.56 +.44) for a glass of orange juice at the lobby restaurant and was told that price was determined by headquarters and that nothing could be done.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. My comment is for Expedia. I booked a room through Expedia with a walk in shower but ended up with a handicap accessible tub. Why did Expedia let me book the room with a walk in shower if none was available. So frustrating!!

Just a lovely place by the airport like 15 minutes. Comfy bed and very quiet. All the staff were exceptionally nice. In the bar I had Andrew as my bartender. He made me the most wonderful drink and wrote down for me how he made it!! He was very entertaining and nice! I will definitely stay there again. Ps- the guy at front desk- I didn’t catch his name. He too was so helpful to us so thank you!
