I didn't take any photos, the room wasn't worth it, everyone from staff that talked to us was beyond rude, the rooms weren't even cleaned properly, we stayed for a few weeks as we had no other choice, brought our own cleaning supplies and deep cleaned on our own and found several wrappers and a pacifier even that clearly didn't belong to us as our youngest child is nearly 10 and never even used a pacifier, they don't have the pool they claim to have and haven't in well over a year, there breakfast is a joke and should only be called a snack at best, and the fitness room they brag about is 2 machines. They should be sued for false advertising.

Our room smelled like cigarettes, it had roaches, was complete filthy, bedding was dirty, and we had to listen to kids scream and bang every night all night. There were no channels on the TV, the fridge didn’t open, and the table was broken. It was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen ! Never, ever again

The bed linens are used. There are sunflower seed and bread crumbs on both beds. There are blood several small blood stains on the bed linen and pillow case. I asked front desk for new linens and was told that I have to go pick it myself. No hair drier. Only 1 of 2 key cards worked (have to go to front desk to get the other 1 fixed). After a day, the other key card does not work again. No free breakfast for the price that other would have. Terribly awful stay. Does not recommend.

One of the Worst in Albany

The room had fleas, the door did not lock - neither the deadbolt nor the security latch. To say I felt unsafe is an understatement. Unfortunately, I had COVID and was too sick to move. The vent cover in the bathroom was hanging by a thread, and it was scary. There were large gaps a rodent could easily get through, and the property is a disaster.
The piece to lock the deadbolt does not turn.

The room was dirty. You could hear everything through the walls. The bathroom was disgusting - no hair dyer. When I stepped into the tub the floor was black because of how gross the room was kept. Will never stay here again. Negative ten out of ten.

Not so great.

There isn't a pool to use, the excercise room is 2 machines, the breakfast is more of a snack, and the room wasn't very clean when we got here.
