Comfortable bed!

I got in late (11p) after driving 2hrs because my daughter was at Albany Med in the ER. Front desk was nice and got me checked in fast. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Ice machine on 4th floor didn’t work. Hotel seemed old. Not disappointed cause I just needed sleep and that’s what I got.

Clean, quiet easy to get to the Greyhound station and a direct bus service to get to the hotel. Plenty of parking for those arriving in their own car. Near the flyover but rooms are surprisingly quiet.

Although our first room wasn’t clean they immediately apologized and gave us another room. Also made sure we were happy with our new room. Went out of there way to make sure our stay was clean, safe and comfortable

Clean, safe, friendly staff, within walking distance of MVP arena. There is really not much around though if you are looking for shopping. Surrounding area was eerily quiet, although we were there on a Sunday night for an event at MVP. The name of the hotel has changed to Country Inn & Suites though- no longer Albany Hotel. This needs to be updated on the hotels.com app.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the heat, the room was too warm and we couldn’t turn down the heat.

Really nice hotel. Very clean, comfy, quiet and staff were polite and helpful. Close to downtown venue was a big decisive factor for us.
