I sent a note to the hotel stating we have a dog with my king room request. We were late to check in and very disappointed to learn that the only dog friendly rooms were those with two double beds. I wish the property had let us know beforehand. It was a tiny little hobbit hole but clean except for the carpets.

Do NOT stay here unless you want to see “interesting”females loitering or already checked in. Our room 107 was tidy but NOT cleanliness and certainly NOT maintained. The entire hallway stunk of marijuana and cigarettes; although we requested a no -smoking room. The toilet was very slow flushing and would not flush more than two pieces of toilet paper. We ended up using the garbage for toilet paper since we only stayed 6 hours before hitting the road again; simply too tired to complain. Hoping to grab breakfast before our start was our saving grace… well, there was very little at 7am to eat. The breakfast provided was like an abandoned convenience store in a thriller movie; dry cereal, a few bagels and old bananas. The 4 eggo’s available were defrosted and obviously there for the two kids that seemed to be residing at the hotel with their mother and grandparents; since the school bus picked them up from there. The breakfast room was fully occupied by that family. As we were loading our car, the kids were picking boxes out the garbage but seemed happy. Upon check-out, I advised the manager/owner that our room was not acceptable; I was not able to sleep for the asthma attack from the smell of smoke. He said “oh sorry” politely but truly didn’t seem to care. I’ll never stay here again and warn others.

Check in was smooth. Clerk was pleasant. Sheets were clean but there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. TV did not work. Everything else was extremely worn out. Hallway carpeting was filthy.

If you have a pet going for surgery in Pattersonville, this motel is a convenient, pet-friendly place to stay. Request first floor if your pet is going for TPLO surgery. The Staff is great, the place is clean, our room was comfortable with fridge and microwave. Very reasonably priced, especially with AAA discount.

Room was not clean blanket had cigarette holes in it window had no screen and the faucet in the bathroom had aluminum foil on it because it was busted the shower water did not get hot . Ordered a queen size bed got a full very uncomfortable for me and my husband as he is 6ft 2 inches tall we had no room in the bed to move around and the pillows were not pillows they were throw pillows . Police presence around 1 am to about 2 am . And I ended up with some type of bite on my arm and hand. The worst experience ever.. would not recommend to anyone.

Our room was definitely not cleaned before we arrived. There were spider webs in the corners. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed or shampooed in months. The walls had splatters and smudges all over. The shower head had mineral buildup. The water pressure was awful. The sink kept filling up whenever we used it. There was old rice and other food crumbs in the drawers that we should’ve been keeping our clothes in. We killed four roaches in the two nights we stayed. The halls were filthy and stunk of weed. Overall, just a terrible experience. Will not be staying again.

Would not recommend. The facilities were very dirty and in poor condition. The carpets were stained and had bad odors. Even though my room was non-smoking, there was a smoke odor throughout the floor. The room was dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Positive: A friendly woman staff member assisted me during check-in and check-out.
