My wife forgot her brand new Nintendo switch 2 in the room. Hotel employees locked it in the safe at the front desk and called me to come retrieve it. Outstanding.

We expected our two day vacation to include swimming. Pool was not in service. My 9 year old grandson and I did visit a museum and a mall, but were disappointed that we could not return “home” for our swimming fun. Hotel staff were courteous. Room was clean.
