We had an amazing time. The room was great and spacious with a large kitchenette. They had Santa there for breakfast, which was a really exciting surprise for our family, and we loved the pool. The staff were all really friendly as well.

Very clean from the outside to inside lobby area to our room, the staff was very friendly. The one thing that could better is the mattress, it was not very comfortable. Room size was great and set up well.

Amazing breakfast! Big spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Loved having a pool AND a hot tub. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I even saw a server at breakfast chase someone down as they were checking out and give them a big hug. It was so heartwarming to witness. We stay in hotels all the time due to our kids sports. Highly impressed all the way around with Homewood Suites in Albany!!

The beds are not as comfortable as I prefer. It really depends on the room it seems. I have stayed here several times and king size beds seem more comfortable than the queen beds. GF options available at breakfast.
