Room was good. Staff was fine. No coffee and tea in lobby when we arrived. The containers were there but cold and the hot water was empty. If it is not on offer it should not be on display. Breakfast was mediocre and the cold cereal choice lacked a Raisin Bran. The cereals were fruit loops, Golden Grahams and Cheerios. I guess it’s picky but…..

The parking lot was NOT plowed of snow. Entrance in front of front door NOT clear of snow. No way to go from parking lot to sidewalk without walking through snow. Room WAS clean. Toilet seat needed a cover over one screw. Shower was not hot.
