Motel hallways smelled. A handicap man needed a wheel chair and I watch motel personal ignore his request. I had to walk by him in the hall way screaming he needed help. I was appalled. Children on the second floor allowed to run up and down the hallway during sleeping hours. I was scheduled to stay 4 nights. Left after 2. Will never stay here again.

The bathroom was dirty with grime in the bathtub. I couldn't bring myself to take a shower. The room had a terrible smell like a fragrance to cover up smoking scent. The room was dusty and it looked like someone spilled liquids on the wall by the nightstands. The hallways were dingy and had a bad smell.

This was our first visit to this hotel and sadly it probably will be our last. We loved the price due to the fact we were staying for 2 weeks for the holiday visit with our family. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable. I’ll never understand the complexity of TV and cable. The guide doesn’t appear until you click on each channel and a guide will appear every 15-20 channels. The shower had good temp for hot but the water would have a steady stream after you shut it off. The towels would give you a great scratching effect. Not soft at all. But great for an itch. This particular site much be a place for those in need. Kids galore. Not great for sleeping when they are pounding their feet just above you. Service was available upon request. I don’t fault the staff but. And breakfast was a serving of cold or hot cereal. Coffee yes juices no. But overall it fit our budget and it was close to our family .

The chair in the room is broken. There were freshly repaired holes in the wall, and the staff left drop clothes and sanding blocks on the floor. Looked like someone used the room for a drunken rampage and the repairs were incomplete. If the room was needed for one quick night, we'd have gone elsewhere.

It was convenient to the airport. They need a bigger hot water tank. Nothing like taking a cold shower when it's 12 degrees outside. They should be able to handle more than a couple of guests taking a shower at once and still have hot water.

The room was clean but chilly - it took two hours after turning the heater up to 80 degrees (miscalibrated) for the room to be comfortable. The free breakfast as not as advertised and seemed designed to discourage you from eating it.
