Room was clean. Pool was out of service which was not indicated on Expedia or the hotel’s website. Made this reservation based on the picture of the pool and bc my kids wanted to swim. Disappointed they did not advertise appropriately.

Hotel is nice and clean but they had to move my room 3 times due to first one not having working heat , second one wasn’t supposed to have rental due to deep cleaning project and than 3rd one the shower didn’t work at all.

The room was spotless, comfy beds. The night hostess for check-in was so helpful, kind, great personality. Breakfast staff was so gracious and the food was plentiful and good. Lovely setting everywhere!

Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast good. This was our 2nd stat here. We stayed here October 18th and I left my pills in the room. Housekeeping found them and Treasure (I think his name is) called me and let me know he had them for me so we stayed here on our way back home to get the pills. We appreciated staff's diligence!
