I have stayed at this particular hotel 4 times now, every time, the hotel lobby and the room were neat, clean and orderly. The desk staff has always been polite. Even when ive arrived later at night. During this stay i did have some noisey neighbors across the hall and i could hear them pretty well but usually its quiet and comfortable.

This place was extremely comfortable. The staff were courteous and professional. Despite being near the thruway, it was absolutely peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. Big clean comfy rooms. 10/10 highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again

Staff was very friendly. The room was somewhat cleaned when I arrived; hadn't been vacuumed, cobwebs hanging from ceiling over the bed, bathtub needed to be scrubbed. Was great that they had guest laundry.
