Good; location, helpful staff at times
Not good; restaurant food overpriced and average, some staff not as helpful, disappointed when checking current pricing whilst there it was around 30% lower than mine booked months before, upon query with staff basically told bad luck, no foyer for entry and exit - very squashed at check out.

Nice breakfast, very clean property in nice, quieter, location and very accessible. Nice bar. The entire staff was very attentive, helpful and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Right on the Grand Canal with the vaperetto directly next to it. Also, prime view of the Rialto Bridge. Marco at the front desk was amazing! Would 100% stay there again!
