The hotel was outstanding as was the service. Omar made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in until we left. Hotel is very stylish, we had a family duplex which was lovely and spacious. Our daughter enjoyed having a floor to herself with separate bathroom. Hotel offered us a complimentary tour to Murano with pickup just outside. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and staff very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

An amazing hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we were given a free upgrade when we arrived! Location is great, a quieter area of Venice but easy to get to anywhere. Would highly recommend.

The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and beautiful. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, a varied choice and constantly topped up, so everything was fresh. It was our seventh time in Venice and definitely the best horse so far

The staff at reception were so kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and location of the place is beautiful. We forgot our universal adapter and they brought us one, which really saved us. The breakfast was so delicious! Honestly 10/10 stay overall. Would come again and would recommend!

An amazing experience!! Our first time in Italy, Venice and the hotel were wonderful. I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Fantastic stay at this hotel. Great location on Zattere. Our room was on the ground floor overlooking Ognissanti canal and church, amazing. The room facilities were superb and always spotless. Communication from hotel front desk staff was brilliant even before we arrived, with really helpful recommendations for our stay, thank you Omar and colleagues. Breakfast buffet excellent and helpful friendly service at all times. We had a cocktail tasting in the bar on our final evening, very professional and passionate staff Fabiano and Marco, wonderful experience and icing on the cake for yet another truly awesome holiday in Venice. Many thanks to all involved in making our stay so memorable, we would definitely come back to this hotel.
