We stayed here for two nights while visiting Venice on vacation. It was a little further from a lot of the touristy hot spots but the walk is manageable and you were out of the hustle and bustle. There were many other options of transportation if walking is not preferred. The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Super close to the train station so that is a big benefit. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is absolutely perfect -walk a short block to the canals lined with gondolas and restaurants and incredible views. It’s right in the heart of the transport center too. The staff is very helpful and the stay couldn’t have been better.

Overall outstanding AC property, conveniently close to the Santa Lucia train station. Well designed, good size rooms, great shower, wonderful staff (especially Cosimo) and excellent $20 Euro buffet. For those not wanted to take a water taxi, if you have heavy luggage, it’s definitely a work out getting up the steps to cross the bridge. I would not recommend this for those not physically fit. About 10mins walk or so with heavy luggage. Otherwise, the street of Venice are right there to explore. Dinner at Osteria del Lovo is fantastic, about a 30min walk.

Property is very clean but rooms are too small. There is no space to open bags even. There was no AC so nights were very hot even after shutting down heat. Staff asked us to open windows. The windows does open on the street so anybody can come in. When I say open, it’s really open without any further barrier so it was not safe at night to keep it open. The breakfast buffet was good is the only positive point. Also, it is close to train station. In general, I would not recommend this hotel for this price. Not for families.
