Awesome hotel in awesome location. Staff very keen to help however we just felt they were a little bit pushy and keen to get us to spend as much money as possible. Otherwise a great hotel

Taj Agra: Luxury hotel with free WiFi and free parking. Located in the city centre.
The room was very comfortable as good as any 5 star hotel.
Disappointment was the buffet breakfast and dinner. It comes as part of the package however the options were very very limited. 1 mutton dish, 1 chicken dish and the remainder was vegetarian. I would rate the buffet as poor.
Being part of the package does not make it free. We pay for it and expect quality. Disappointing for Taj group.

This is the best property I have ever stayed in across the globe. The value of the hotel is not derived from how fancy is it or what its star ratings are but more from how the staff goes out of its way to make your stay a memorable one. Just a true gem!

The Anise restaurant is lovely, both in ambience and the food, service was good too. The rooms were comfortable. The buffet service could be better, the staff were bringing wrong orders to the tables, there were delays for multiple tables.
