From the moment I stepped in, the warm hospitality, timeless elegance, and world-class service made me feel truly special. The heritage of the place is evident in every detail — from the stunning architecture to the beautifully maintained interiors. My room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and offered a magnificent view that added to the charm of the stay. The staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. I also had the chance to dine at one of their restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious — a perfect blend of taste, quality, and presentation. Though my stay was short, the experience was rich and full of comfort, luxury, and elegance. When I checked in, they graciously upgraded me, without charge, to a room at the adjacent Taj Mahal Palace hotel. The Taj Mahal Palace has only two desks for check-in, which are staffed by one or two employees. There was a line of people waiting, and people sometimes have to wait to check in.
