We did get off to a rocky start at this hotel with the service and communication, however they did turn this around and provided excellent service for the reminder of the stay. We stayed at the Leela for just two nights, since we were in transit to Leh. The service and food in the Cube restaurant were absolutely great. So good in fact, that we did not try any of the other restaurants. Had we stayed longer, we certainly would have. As to be expected, the quality of the furnishings in the room were to notch.

The hotel is beautiful and is very clean, the food is good and the staff is very friendly and willing to help you all the time, the area where the hotel I located is nice and clean. .
