The property itself was exceptional and service from staff was friendly, prompt and proactive. I highly recommend! The location is walking distance from the train station and to anywhere in town. Staying here helped to make our visit to Zermatt a trip of a lifetime.

Property was spotless and ideal location for our short ski break. Property had everything you need for self catering. Would be a bonus if had English Channel or even just the bbc news on the tv.

Property was very easy to get to from the trains and Sunnegga lift. My wife absolutely loved the spa area to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. Check-in and out process was very easy and convenient.

This property was clean inside and out. The wellness facility so clean and the spa, hottubs and steam room all worked. It was a zen room also. The kitchen had great amount of utensils for cooking small meals coffee maker was great!

Lovely place--choose an upper floor!

Stayed for 3 nights in the ground floor apartment. If you are staying here, pay a little more for an upper floor--if the mountain is out, the views from above will definitely be worth the few extra dollars you paid...! The apartment was very clean and Very Well equipped. We made our own fondue one night in the pot they provided. The 2 bathrooms were nice for 6 people to spread out. No one tried the jacuzzi tub, but the spa downstairs was nice! No one else there but me using the sauna! The location is walkable from the train station, and there are restaurants and grocery stores within a 10-minute walk. Be aware that there is a very steep short hill you have to go up to get to the street where the building is. Zermatt is a gorgeous place. Communicated with the 'property manager' before arriving who responded right away, but at the property the key is left for you in a box near the door, and you won't have a building manager to go to if you have a problem. That said, the apartment was in such great shape we had no complaints. Only concern is recycling--the guest manual implies that they will take recycling in the bins outside, but we couldn't figure out what to include or not, so I took it all to bins that are placed around the town. Stay here--you won't regret it!

The property was a great place to relax after hiking all day around Zermatt, very comfortable bedding, and bathroom setup. I was looking forward to a hot tub one evening after dinner, and a long day of hiking, and found the hot tub/spa area closes at 9pm. That was a bummer, but other than that very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay. Although the area is hilly, it’s an easy walk to the center of town and railway station. We arrived late, and the check-in was quite easy, just a phone call for instructions.

Very safe, quiet and family friendly. I liked the grass area for kids to play. Walkable to restaurants, market and train station. Crib and high chair were perfect for our baby. Plenty of space for baby to crawl around. View of Matterhorn was very minimal so don’t get your hopes up on that (unless they’ve trimmed trees etc)? Comfortable, relaxing stay. One day it rained so we stayed in, relaxed and the kids watched cartoons. I usually prefer hotels but I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything with Casa Della was great! The only gripes we had was the placed could have used a more thorough cleaning of the floors, extra toilet paper . We will come again next time we ski in Zermatt

Great location

The apartment was very nice and on a quiet street. Just a short walk down the hill to the weisstibruke ski bus stop for service to zenstecken (gondola to furi) or a 3 minute walk to sunnegga train servicing the mountain. Also very easy walk to the Main Street for restaurants and shopping.
