Quirky hotel in Amsterdam
The building looks ridiculously quirky from the outside. The rooms themselves are just starting to look a tad tired. We stayed in one of the Founders Junior Suites (room 1217) complete with spa bath and a mini sauna. Our bed was big and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It’s only two stops on the train from Centraal and a minute’s walk from Zandaam station. There’s two supermarkets close by and a McDonald’s opposite plus other restaurants within a five minute walk and lots of shops too.

This Hotel was brilliant. Visually stunning from the outside and our room was very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge comfy bed and a Sauna in our bathroom wich was clean and worked perfectly an amazing room on the top floor. The wind was a liitle noisy but nothing the hotel can control and wasn't really a problem. The breakfast was really nice plenty of choice and all the cooked food was warm/hot. And a simple train ride into Amsterdam central or the airport.

Fun hotel to stay for a night or two. Limited options for good lunch/dinner in the hotel and near by. Spa area was tight for the amount of parties that used it. It was a bit crowded. Staff was very nice and attentive. Overall a nice hotel.
