This is the nicest hotel we ever stayed in.The staff are outstanding and very hospitable and kind.The manager of the rooms department, Riri, went above and beyond to make our stay in Japan very memorable and the wow factor. The pools, laundry facilities, buffet, cleanliness and the environment was superb.The rooms were much larger than most in Japan.The views from the hotel were stunning especially the rooms facing the harbour. The back rooms faced Mt.Fuji.They supplied many personal items if needed as razors, toothbrushes, combs etc.It is very convenient to walk to the train to go to the cruise terminal and to travel to Tokyo etc. Many restaurants, shopping, transportation,and beautiful safe surroundings.We cannot say enough about the whole excellent hotel experience.

We booked this last minute as we decided to change plans and don't regret our decision at all! Wonderful hotel with fantastic views! Breakfast was really good with alot of options! The French toast in particular was delicious! The hotel was a little hard to find. We knew it was on the 20th floor but originally we pulled up to the wrong building - the security guard was quick to direct us to the correct building. Parking was easy and once they directed us to the hotel, we had no issues. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here. Metro station is close, lots of food options close by, shopping close and even an amusement park!

Very happy with this hotel for my business stay

A very smart and clean hotel with excellent friendly service. Room was well-appointed. The only improvements I would suggest would be more strength-training options in the fitness area/gym, plus opening hours for the pool to be extended, with the addition of a Sauna.

This hotel is premium and has the right personnel to make it a very pleasant experience and place to relax. Our only concern was guidance to get to reception. Signage was limited and the twists and turns necessary to navigate through the structure was a bit of a challenge. Fortunately a receptionist was on the right level to provide guidance. It would be more helpful if the email sent for an advanced check in also has a mapped guidance to find reception which is uniquely on the 20th floor… VERY important information.
