Beautiful park. Iconic places. Regretfully, the hotel is outdated, there was a permanent noise at the wall, pieces of the bathroom didn't work properly, no TV, old and deformed mattress. Small rooms.

Great location inside the National Park! Dawson, the manager, was absolutely AMAZING!!! He was kind, a really hard worker (we saw him emptying loads of trash and making coffee at one point, and made a not pleasant situation with our cabin right!!!

Liked : Rooms were spacious. Did not like : Poor lighting in the rooms, Sink was outside the bathroom and had to drive to Canyon Village for dining. Food with limited options, none for vegetarians. Limited food was not that great too.

Nice location, but for the price you pay, there should be more amenities. A microwave would be nice since meals are so expensive in the park and people bring their own food. No TV.

Set in a beautiful location, Canyon Lodge was extremely basic and overpriced. Rooms needed updating and looked as if they’ve been stuck in the 1980s. No restaurant on site , only a small cafe that attracted long queues. Bed wasn’t that comfortable and pillows small and lumpy. Maybe this typical in a government funded American National Park. The room was dark even with lights on and vending drinks machine outside room only took dollar bills. The beauty of Yellowstone outweighed the disappointment of the lodge.
