Staff were amazing and very accommodating. However, just way too far from everything in the city. 35 min drive from Bell Tower/ancient Wall. Also the robot food delivery was broken. Which is one of their cool features.

Was a great experience! Got upgraded to a suite when we arrived. Room was clean and spacious ! Had the robot delivery for takeaway foods that was quick and amazing. It is right next to and connected to a different hotel so be careful when you are calling for the cab/didi that they are picking you up at the right place

Great location close to convention center, walking distance to an outlet mall. Clean and quiet. Only thing is - don't get fooled by the map on Expedia, it is NOT close the the railway station, we learned it the hard way, but we still liked the stay.

Great for business travel

I was treated well here, the room was nice clean and the bed very comfortable the breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything was served at the right temperature. If you are going here as a tourist you will not find anything close for sightseeing. It is a very quiet neighborhood if your looking for a peaceful retreat
