The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was joined by another one so I could hear some conversation from the next room. The breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am but only regular coffee and hot water were available at 6 am, so had to leave the place without having the breakfast which was disappointing.

Our reservation was for two nights at over $100+ per night. There was no maid service during our stayover. No one told us this. We returned in the late afternoon to find nothing had been done. After calling the front desk we were told maid service is completed only every OTHER day. Apparently, the bill needs to be over $400 to get maid service. Ridiculous. Then there was the dog barking. It sounded like a German Shepherd. Some entitled and very stupid guest left the dog alone and went out. The barking went on for hours while we were trying to sleep. The front desk couldn't help since the dog owners were unavailable!!!

ROOM was quiet , 4th fl.. bed was good. floors were nice, clean. tv was good. bathroom was clean - good water pressure. * I was a bit taken back when I checked in was told there was a $25 'deposit for incidentals ' - spark has a pool, it is all but looked very nice. there is a very small fitness room as well. the breakfast - coffee & a bagel, a couple of other offerings but I was expecting a bit more - eggs ... .
